With the recent loss of jobs (without pointing fingers), it seems that a lot of employers are having their “pick of the litter” as often referred to, when it comes to hiring new employees. I have been working for the same company for 3 years now, and the workforce has gotten cheaper, while my employer has gotten richer. To top it off, Management, supervisors, owners, jefes, crew leaders, know that everybody wants to keep their jobs, leading to a Bully for an employer.
The “Mean Boss” stories seem to be endless, and getting worse every time you hear a new one. This page is for everyone to be able to share their stories. Please use aliases, and made up names for the company. I don’t want these employers wanting my head!! So now that we agree, then feel free to share.
